ACTIVITIES
Safety in the Stadium
The J. League and its member clubs are working to achieve world-class safety in the stadiums under the slogan: Security is the greatest service for the fans. Security study groups are also organised with the participation of club staff, local police and security companies.
Safety Principles
- The safety of spectators is the first priority.
- The safety of players, club staff and referees has to be assured.
- The safety of match commissioners and all stadium staff has to be assured.
- Players and supporters must understand and appreciate the importance of Fair Play.
- Stadium safety has to be constantly enhanced.
Rules for the Supporters
The J. League demands the spirit of Fair Play from the supporters as well as from the players on the field. Common rules of behaviour are laid down for all stadiums so that everyone can enjoy each match to the full, including the prohibition of potentially dangerous items and behaviour. Supporters who fail to comply may be removed from the stadium or refused entry.
